However, what's better than having clothes recycled is having people willing to take over and use them.
To continue to establish the corporate culture of "reuse before recycling", SINGTEX held the 3rd " REFIT Second-hand Clothes Exchange Market " on Christmas, inviting colleagues to sort out their used clothes in good condition but have been hidden deep in the closet, and bring them to exchange with their colleagues, visitors, and manufacturers, to let the clothes find a new owner!
During the event, we received a total of 144 pieces of clothing from 9 departments and 17 colleagues.
At the end of the event, 86.1% of the clothes (124 pieces) found new owners!

The success of the 3rd "REFIT Second-hand Clothes Exchange Market " has made everyone realize that there is a great chance for used clothes to get a brand new life, which has made SINGTEX focus more on the 3R's (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle). Not only limited to the concept of "recycling", this event also emphasizes the importance of "reuse" and "waste reduction".
Through this activity, we hope to arouse the environmental awareness of our colleagues within the company and encourage everyone to protect the earth together.
