Since 2020, in order to uphold our commitment to ethics and fair regulations in migrant worker employment, as well as to prevent forced labor and create a harmonious workplace for the labor and management, Singtex implemented the "zero fee policy". Migrant workers do not have to pay additional direct/indirect fees or expenses besides the cost of introducing labor stipulated by the labor exporting/importing country for the sake of getting or keeping their jobs. These include monthly service charges collected from the migrant workers by the labor recruitment agency during the period of their employment; all the relevant expenses are paid by the Company.

Senior executives including the Company's founder are invited to conduct school and industry education lectures. Through social exchange and cultural experiences, we can attract international innovative and technology talents to come work in Taiwan. She also designed numerous feminine, cool dresses featuring blue-black collage fabric made from Singtex's eco-friendly S.Cafe yarns. The design concept subverts the conventional thinking of functional fabric = outdoor sportswear.
