Yushan Mountain is the highest peak in Taiwan, with an altitude of 3,952 meters. The hiking trail is 10.9 kilometers long and the total climb is about 1,350 meters.
Yushan Mountain is a popular route that attracts many climbers - overall it's not that difficult.
The first section of the trail is gentle and the latter section is steeper. Relying on your own feet to reach the top step by step is a big challenge for climbers. The scenery that greets you along the way is different. Before reaching the top, you have no way of knowing what scenery is waiting for you. When I reached the top, the thrill was hard to describe in words, and the fatigue along the way disappeared instantly. Climbers are all proud to reach the top of Yushan Mountain.
