High-precision Eco-friendly Dyeing and Finishing Center

Singtex Industrial Co., Ltd. built a high-precision eco-friendly dyeing and finishing center in 2007 that has a comprehensive dyeing system, professional single-cloth smearing and laminating, yarn development combination, fabric designing and other technological energies. Since the establishment of the site, eco-friendly construction was introduced by using solvent-free dyeing and finishing manufacturing process, reducing carbon emissions with natural gas, power-saving machines and a smart device from FTC to save energy. As for the water resources, a sewage treatment system was added along with the usage of water-saving dyeing machines and solution dyeing technology to ensure the comprehensive conservation and application of water resources.

The high-precision eco-friendly dyeing and finishing center of Singtex Industrial Co., Ltd. has the recognitions of bluesign®, OEKO-TEX®, GRS and others.
