Imagine, at the entrance you are given a warm welcome as our valued partner in environmental protection and sustainability. The lush trees on both sides sway with the wind as you enter the factory. The billboard in the lobby is displaying the current electricity consumption of the whole factory plant and the proportion of green electricity used, as well as the status and data of electricity consumption of each production line. Then we guide you into a meeting room to introduce the company's many milestones and products and admire the various environmental protection and innovation awards displayed in the meeting room. With a cup of coffee and a series of products derived from coffee grounds on hand, you are shown around the remarkable energy and water-saving dyeing tanks.
All the while, there is a gentle breeze inside the factory. With heat preservation equipment, there is none of the heat or humidity found in traditional dyeing factories. You are informed that underneath the outdoor garden is a sewage treatment center that treats 3,000 tons of water per day. A few koi fish swim idly in the ecological pond, a testament to the clean water after the combined chemical + biological + chemical treatment. Finally, you are led to the rooftop sky garden for wine and cheese tasting. Next to us sits a solar farm. With the sun setting slowly we admire the view and distant windmills of the west coast.
We have adopted a low bath ratio dyeing tank to conserve water, electricity and auxiliaries. We recycle the water to save the use of soft water and the steam used to heat up the water from room temperature to 50-60℃. We have also developed an energy management system and heat preservation project to effectively reduce abnormal energy loss and heat dissipation.


The wastewater treatment of the New Dyeing Plant - we have constructed a three-stage chemical + biological + chemical wastewater treatment system. The chemical oxygen demand (COD) quality of the wastewater discharged from the plant is much lower than the government requirement of industrial area effluent discharge standards. There is reserved space for recycling equipment in the future. We also use clean energy - natural gas - as the fuel for heat supply in the plant.


Large green areas are reserved for the construction of solar panels, which not only creates green electricity, but also reduces the indoor temperature and air conditioning use. The building materials we use are all made of expensive but recyclable steel, contributing to environmental protection through many actions large and small.
