New Taipei City Education Department held the 4th 2020 Beauty and Fashion final competition and award ceremony at the Lee-Ming Institute of Technology on September 26. Inspired by the theme of Spring Blossoms, the designs combined pandemic prevention and fashion to present the students' ingenuous creativity. Besides attending the award ceremony, Deputy Mayor Hsieh Cheng-Ta also wore the Spring Blossom theme garment and took to the catwalk with the students. The P3 protective clothing fabric was donated by Singtex while the print was inspired by the students' winning designs.
