Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research hold the first ‘Taiwan Circular Economy Awards’ in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center on March 26. This event attracted 52 companies to participate , including Technology industries, Manufacturing, food industries, and energy industries, total 80 works, competing for four awards.
In 2017, Circular Economy has been included in the 《5+2 Industrial Transformation Plan》, Expected to bring up the growth of Taiwan’s next generation industry. How to balance economic development and environmental protection, to generate resource optimization through regional systemic cooperation, promote the upgrading of the industry, and improving the efficiency of resource utilization has become a major problem for all companies to consider.

With the belief that there is no absolute waste on the planet ,the fabric and yarn of this jacket made full use of the remaining coffee grounds to implement the circulation mode, In the end, SINGTEX won the 2019 “Taiwan Circular Economy Award” !
